M. Williams Marketing owner, Marcia Williams, has promoted small businesses for the last 25 years and on the internet since 1999.
Marcia received her undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University, SDSU, in Home Economics and Nutrition and Food Science. She spent several years as hospital director of foodservices in South Dakota and Colorado; health surveyor for nursing homes and hospitals in Wyoming before she moved to Nebraska to work on her Masters.
Her Masters’ Degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in Adult Education and a Biomedical Communications Certificate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha is what propelled her into the marketing arena.
Taking a job as Marketing Manager for the Nebraska Beef Industry Development Board after completing her master's work -she soon realized the value of marketing.
Later as the Executive Director for the Wyoming Outfitters and Guides Association and the National Dude Ranchers’ Association Marcia realized the future of marketing would involve the internet.
In 1999 she formed M Williams Marketing to assist small business clients in recreation, health care, agriculture, real estate, art, custom leather work, furniture,and gift stores. As a search engine ranking company, M Williams Marketing continues to help small and mid-sized businesses expand their efforts on the internet.
Keeping current is critical to first page rankings. Marcia attends classes, seminars, and utilizes a variety of resources so her clients enjoy first page rankings on Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
